laid back

yesterday was very laid back day ... worked early, went to the beach, rested a little bit , went out to dinner with the swiss girls to an italian restaurant, ate to much, went out a bit.... today a little more laid back....got out of work , ate too much , slept all afternoon ... man that feels good .... now i only have to get ready to go out ...
